💰 Salary Range: $85,000-$128,000
📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX

📋 Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage assigned units, including budget management, patient care, performance improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as a resource person for supervisors and staff members, ensuring overall quality care.

📚 Qualifications:

3-5 years of Recent Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED.
Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor in Nursing preferred.
Current RN license eligible to practice in Texas, CNOR Specialty Certification preferred.

Min: $84,849
Mid: $106,059 (10+ years of experience)
Max: $127,274 (20+ years of experience)
Pay is based on years of Experience
