Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience)
Annual Bonus: Up to 15%

Are you a healthcare leader passionate about improving quality and patient safety? Join our team as Vice President of Quality Risk Management at our 288-bed acute care hospital and lead efforts to elevate the standard of care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the Quality Department, including Infection Control, Joint Commission compliance, CMS standards, and performance improvement.
Ensure regulatory readiness by coordinating survey preparations and implementing action plans.
Manage core measures, medical staff peer reviews, and facility-wide quality initiatives.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Present data-driven recommendations to executives and the board of trustees.
Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of acute care quality leadership experience, ideally at the Director level or higher.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field (RN preferred but not required). Master’s degree preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement healthcare quality initiatives.
