Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team in San Antonio, Texas. We're hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for both day and night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical, psycho-social, and pain assessments.
Develop individualized care plans, incorporating patient goals and family involvement.
Prioritize and implement efficient nursing care plans, adjusting as necessary.
Evaluate patient conditions and outcomes, adapting care plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree).
Licensure: Current RN License in the State of Texas.
Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a licensed RN, with 2 years in the Intensive Care Unit.
