Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• Base Pay:

  • $27.72 (0–5 years of experience)

  • $33.00 (5+ years)

  • $36.30 (10+ years)

  • $39.60 (15+ years)

• Shift Differentials:

  • $3.00/hour for Nights

  • $2.00/hour for Weekends

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview:

We are hiring dedicated Med-Surg Ortho Registered Nurses to join a 288-bed acute care hospital serving Leon and Gadsden Counties. In this role, you will care for patients with medical and surgical needs in a fast-paced orthopedic unit. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and assess comprehensive patient data to guide clinical decisions

• Deliver direct nursing care and advocate for patient safety

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient care delivery

• Document care accurately and follow all hospital protocols and standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred, LTAC experience acceptable)

• Active RN license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain before start

• BLS certification required

• ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5–1:6
