Compensation: 61.78− 80.32 per hour, based on experience (10-20+ years)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular Therapy team. This role focuses on providing specialized pharmacy services in transplant cellular therapy (TCT), particularly within an acute hospital setting. The position involves managing anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, providing pharmacokinetic consultation, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services for BMT/Cellular Therapy patients.
Educate and manage medications, especially in TCT, CAR-T, and BMT.
Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, providing pharmacokinetic and therapeutic expertise.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and organizational quality projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) required.
Experience:
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) with recent experience (within the last year) in an acute hospital setting.
- Required experience in TCT, CAR-T, or BMT.
License: Active Florida Pharmacy License.
