Compensation: $30 (1 year of experience) - Mid: $38.87 (10 years of experience) - Max: $46 (20 years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $3.75 for nights, $4.20 for weekends
Relocation: CASE BY CASE BASIS

Shift: Full Time Nights (rotating weekends) 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary duties and responsibilities.: The Mother Baby / Couplet Care RN will provide individualized nursing care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of patients and their families. This role requires knowledge of growth and development principles, as well as evidence-based practices. Autonomy in decision-making and care coordination is expected.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) - REQUIRED MAGNET FACILITY
1-2 Years RECENT experience in Mother/Baby, Postpartum in an acute care facility
Texas RN licensure or compact license
Current BLS healthcare certification upon hire by American Heart
STABLE certification required within 6 months of hire
NRP certification or completion within 6 months of hire

24 modern labor and delivery rooms
4 new C-section operating rooms
84 Level IV NICU rooms
High-risk maternity care at the Maternal Fetal Institute
Breastfeeding support with the Texas Ten Step Program
The only facility in the area with neonatologists and pediatric anesthesiologists on-site 24/7
