Salary: $120,000-$160,000

📝 Position Summary: Duties

📈 Provide departmental leadership, improve organizational performance, and manage the environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care.
👩‍⚕️ Work under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.

⚙️ Qualifications:

🎓 2+ years of recent acute care Director experience in the CVICU required.
📋 Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
🩺 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
📜 Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
