Shift Available: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:

Min: $34.68/hr
Mid: $45.20/hr (7+ years of experience)
Max: $55.71/hr (18+ years of experience)

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and serves as a leader in the Telemetry Unit. This role involves coordinating all unit operations, delivering bedside care when needed, and fostering a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with admission and discharge processes for streamlined patient care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Act as a resource for staff, providing leadership, feedback, and training.
Handle staff scheduling and ensure optimal labor management in line with patient care needs.
Oversee inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Telemetry Charge Nurse required.

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

RN license in Texas or compact license.
BLS required.
ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Additional Information:

Unit Details:
- 36-bed all Telemetry Unit.
- 68 team members.
- The CNC is expected to work bedside when required.

Interview Process:

Initial prescreen with recruiter.
Interviews with the hiring manager, CNC peers, and senior leadership (CNO/Director).
Local candidates: Onsite interviews.
Out-of-area candidates: Virtual/WebEx interviews.
Final hiring decision rests with the hiring manager.
