Job Title: Trauma Program Director

Competitive salary: $107k - $160k based on experience

Responsibilities:
As a Trauma Program Director, you will:

Coordinate all aspects of the Trauma Department's Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Program.
Review the continuum of care, ensuring compliance with protocols, policies, and standards of care.
Manage chart abstraction and the trauma registry, analyzing data and identifying trends.
Utilize strong networking and public speaking skills to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
Contribute to a positive team environment and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Florida Registered Nurse licensure
BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Trauma nursing
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hospital informatics
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Benefits:
