Position Title: CT Technician – Arlington, TX

Shifts Available:

CT Technician - Days > 10 Hrs/Weekends Only
CT Technician - Days > 10 Hrs/Weekends Only
CT Technician - Nights 7-10 Hrs/Weekdays Only (Thursday, Friday, Saturday night from 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)
CT Technician - Eves 7-10 Hrs/Weekdays Only (Tuesday - Friday from 12:30 noon to 11:00 p.m)
CT Technician - Nights > 10 Hrs/Weekends Only

Job Description:

As a CT Technician, your role is pivotal in ensuring precise patient care. Responsibilities include:

Performing CT procedures, focusing on neurological disorders, stroke, oncologic, and cardiac services, following state regulations and departmental protocols.
Collaborating with the Chief Tech, Imaging Manager, Director, and Medical Staff to enhance workflow and support the technical staff.
Conducting assessments before, during, and after procedures.
Administering medications as per physician orders.
Maintaining a sterile operating room and ensuring the correct procedure site, side, and level.
Educating patients and their families about the procedure and post-operative care.
Ensuring patient records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Current License as an (MRT) by the State of Texas required.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (CT) required.
Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
Proficiency in performing all C.T. Scans and general Radiologic procedures.
Preferred: Two (2) years of experience as a C.T. Technologist. Recent Acute Care Experience Required.

Additional Information:

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment. Experience solely in an imaging service outside the hospital may not be a suitable fit. We will consider candidates with solid radiologic technology experience who have recently obtained CT certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: $27.67 - $41.50 (based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $2.50 (7:00 pm - 11:00 pm) / $3.60 (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
