Role and Responsibilities:

🏡 Deliver exceptional at-home infusion care to patients in Augusta, focusing on personalized treatment.
💉 Administer and manage IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
📊 Conduct ongoing patient health assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed.
📝 Ensure meticulous documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare compliance.
🤝 Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
🧰 Maintain and manage infusion equipment, upholding high standards of care.
🎓 Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and overall health management.

Qualifications:

🎓 Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or relevant experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
🆔 Valid RN license in Georgia.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Available for local travel within the Atlanta area.
💻 Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
🌍 Commitment to providing care in the community.

🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
