Job Title: CT Tech - Radiology / Cardiology

Location: Marion, IN 46952

Shift: 3x12-Hour (11:00 - 19:30)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Duration: 13-week renewable contract

Salary: $2,117-$2,470/week

We are currently seeking an experienced CT Tech to join our Radiology / Cardiology team in Marion, IN. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans using advanced imaging equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Operate CT scan equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Position patients correctly and adjust imaging parameters to obtain clear and accurate images.
Administer contrast agents as needed, following established protocols and ensuring patient safety.
Monitor patients during scans, promptly recognizing and responding to any adverse reactions or complications.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret CT scan results.
Ensure proper documentation of patient information, imaging protocols, and results.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of CT equipment, adhering to safety and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:

Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program.
Current ARRT CT registry.
Valid Indiana Radiologic Technologist license.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging, preferably in a specialty setting.
Previous travel experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and reliable imaging results.
COVID-19 vaccination is required as per facility guidelines, with medical/religious exemptions available.
