👩‍⚕️ Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Position Available

💰 Mid Range Salary: $30.04 - $41.50 per hour (based on experience)
💼 Shift Differentials: $4.00/Nights & $4.00/Weekends
🌍 Location: Kansas City, MO

Overview: Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care. We offer day and night shifts with rotating weekends.

Job Summary: As an RN in our Medical Surgical Unit, you'll provide high-quality care to adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions.

Responsibilities:

🩺 Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and plan patient care accordingly.
📋 Implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
👩‍⚕️ Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff within your scope of practice.
📚 Educate and support patients and families based on their needs and circumstances.

Qualifications:

🏥 Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
🎓 Graduate from a nursing school with an ADN or BSN degree.
📜 Current RN license in the state of practice.
🌐 Active BLS certification required upon hire.

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1
