Pay Range: $32.00–$48.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Differentials: $4.25/hr for nights

Overview

A leading hospital in Marion County is seeking experienced and confident Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join their high-acuity ER team. In this fast-paced environment, your clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and compassion will make a powerful difference in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide critical, evidence-based care to patients with diverse emergency conditions
Triage, assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in a fast-paced setting
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards
Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions

Requirements

1+ year of recent acute care experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)
Current Florida RN license or Compact RN (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
ADN or Nursing Diploma required
BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, PALS within 90 days
ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required within 6 months)
