The Opportunity:

As a Nurse Manager in our Bariatric Post-Surgical Unit, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare excellence. You'll lead, inspire, and empower a team of healthcare heroes, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Your expertise will drive positive change, making a lasting impact on our patients' lives.

What We're Looking For:

A nursing superstar with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
A fearless leader with 3-5 years of recent leadership experience in acute care, especially within Surgical/Post-Surgical Units.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Bariatric Post-Surgical Unit.
Oversee nursing staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Monitor and improve patient care standards and quality outcomes.
Develop and implement protocols for patient assessment, care planning, and discharge.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among the nursing team.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the unit.
Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, promoting best practices and clinical excellence.

Salary:

Minimum: $36.42 per hour
Midpoint (10+ Years of Experience): $45.52 per hour
Maximum (20+ Years of Experience): $54.63 per hour
