Location: Lake City, FL
Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: $28.80/hr (Entry Level) – $43.20/hr (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr Nights | +$2.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-focused care team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for a variety of adult medical and surgical patients. You’ll collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality, safety, and compassion in every aspect of care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments
Provide hands-on nursing care based on individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Document interventions, assessments, and outcomes in the EMR
Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and home care
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

Qualifications:

Licensure: Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (recency preferred)
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Certifications: BLS from AHA required within 30 days of start
