Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician – Spine & Joint

Location: Lonetree, CO 80124

Shift: Full-Time

Salary: $49,171-$73,757/year based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to join our Spine & Joint surgical team. As a CST, you will provide crucial assistance during surgical procedures in the scrub role, demonstrating your expertise in aseptic techniques and equipment setup. Your responsibilities will include preparing the required supplies, pulling cases, and ensuring a secure medication environment

Responsibilities:

Assist in surgical procedures performed in the department in the scrub role.
Demonstrate proficiency in aseptic techniques and equipment setup.
Set up required equipment and sterile supplies for assigned cases.
Pull and organize necessary cases as required.
Adhere to proper medication management and storage protocols.
Act as a resource and mentor to new staff members, surgical technician students, and existing staff.
Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians
Current CST Certification is preferred.
Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Registration (DORA) is required.
Minimum of 2 years of CST experience in an acute care hospital (highly preferred)
Recent acute care experience is a must.
Well-rounded experience in all service lines, capable of handling various types of surgical cases
Must reside within a 25–30-minute commute of the facility for on-call availability.

Benefits:

Sign-on bonus of $10,000 with a 2-year commitment (paid out 30 days after start)
