- Salary: $29.62 - $44.42 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Shift Differentials: $4/hour for nights, $3/hour for weekends
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-Case Basis
About the Role
A leading healthcare facility in Charleston, SC is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a dynamic and collaborative setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients
- Manage patient flow, admissions, testing, and discharges
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Associate’s Degree or higher required)
- Active RN license in South Carolina or compact/multi-state RN license
- BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross required)
- 1+ year of RN experience required (LTAC, LTC, and related experience accepted)
