Job Details:

Unit: 2 North/South Float Ortho (Unit 701005)
Block Schedules: No, flexibility is a priority
Charge Nurse Differential: $3.00
On Call Pay: $5.00
Call Back Pay: 1%
Holiday Pay: Time and a Half
Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Overtime Multiplier: 1.5X for 40 total hours in 1 week
Double Time Multiplier: None

Qualifications:

Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Medical Surgical
Orientation: 16 hours

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow hospital policies and procedures for patient safety and infection control.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of West Virginia or compact state.
BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
