💰 Competitive Salary: $30/hr. – $46/hr

Position: Ortho Trauma PCU RN

Shifts Available: Days & Nights (rotating weekends) 3X12 hr.-Night and Weekend Differentials: $3.75 (Nights) - $4.20 (Weekends) per hour.

(15) Day Shift: 7A-7P
(7) Night Shift: 7P-7A
Unit does self-scheduling

Position Summary: Job's duties or responsibilities.

👩‍⚕️ Organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain the plan of care for a unique population of patients.
🩺 Perform necessary technical skills as required.
📚 Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
🏥 Provide care to adult patients undergoing elective procedures and those with various orthopedic and trauma-related conditions.

Qualifications:

📜 BSN required. Candidates with ADN can enroll in a Tuition-Free ADN to BSN program with CNO approval (online, approx. 1 year).
🩺 Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
🩺 Current BLS/ACLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
🏥 1 year of RECENT ACUTE CARE PCU RN EXPERIENCE. *Also considering 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience. Not considering rehab, LTAC, or home health experience.
