Job Title: Experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse Needed in Downtown Baltimore

Competitive salary: Base Pay Rate of $50.00 /hr. to $60.00/hr.
Overtime opportunities with a 1.25% multiplier after 40 hours in a week
Additional incentives for Charge Nurse duties, On Call, and Holiday shifts

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse with 2 or more years of experience for a challenging and rewarding position in downtown Baltimore. The ideal candidate should possess American Heart BLS and ACLS certifications, demonstrate flexibility to float within the organization, and provide exceptional patient care in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room setting
Collaborate effectively with the medical team and follow hospital policies and procedures
Demonstrate critical thinking and swift decision-making skills in emergency situations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic setting Emergency Room
American Heart BLS and ACLS certifications
NIH certification is a plus
Flexibility to float within the organization as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
