Position Title: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (RN PICU)

Pay: $31.57/hr. to $61.57/hr.

Location: Dallas, TX

Shifts Available: Nights (7p-7a, rotating weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

Patient-Centric Care: Provide specialized, goal-oriented nursing care, focusing on the health, safety, and rights of pediatric patients and their families.
Developmental Expertise: Employ your knowledge of pediatric growth and development principles to deliver tailored patient care.
Professional Independence: Practice autonomously, using evidence-based methods, while being accountable for patient care coordination.
Team Collaboration: Engage effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications:

Education: BSN required (ADN acceptable with a pathway to BSN provided).
License/Certification: Current Texas RN License or valid compact license, BLS, and NRP certification.
Experience: 1-2 years of recent experience in a Level III PICU setting. Pediatric and critical care experience is crucial.

Additional Compensation Details:

Night Shift Differential: Extra $8 per hour for night shifts.
