👩‍💼 Position Description: Duties

Evaluate patients and develop personalized occupational therapy plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions for hand and upper extremity conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

🌟 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Florida State License.
1-2 years of Hand Therapist experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

📍 Location:
Miami, FL, United States

⏰ Schedule:
Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, 5 x 8 schedule.
