Salary Range: $32.52/hr (New Grad) - $37.40/hr (5 years experience) - $40.65/hr (10 years experience)

Position Summary:

Role: Physical Therapist
Location: Lake City, FL
Type: Permanent, Contingent
Schedule: Days (Typically 8 AM - 4:30 PM), rotating weekends. Note: More than one weekend a month may be required.

Primary Duties:

Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
Develop comprehensive plans of care based on patient assessments, medical history, and physician orders.
Regularly re-evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Record, monitor, and analyze clinical data.

Requirements:

Experience in the field is preferred. However, recent graduates with acute care clinical experience may be considered.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $32.52/hr (New Grad) - $37.40/hr (5 years experience) - $40.65/hr (10 years experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis.
