Position: ER Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compensation: $33 (1 year of experience) – Mid: $42.92 (10 years of experience) - Max: $54 (20 years of experience)
- Shift Differentials for Nights: $3.75/hr for nights and $4.30/hr for weekends
Shifts Available: Nights: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Job Description: We are seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing individualized, goal-oriented nursing care. As an ER nurse, you will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the health, safety, and rights of individuals, families, and communities. Our ideal candidate possesses expertise in growth and development principles and the necessary skills for optimal patient care. This role demands accountability, care coordination, and the application of evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care adhering to therapeutic standards.
- Conduct patient assessments and reassessments following nursing and departmental policies.
- Formulate and update patient care plans based on data collection and collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Perform interventions based on critical thinking and technical skills.
- Ensure effective patient communication and care coordination.
- Maintain high standards of practice autonomy with evidence-based care.
- Adhere to all hospital and nursing standards of care as mandated by state regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum of 1 year RECENT experience as an RN in an ER or ICU in an Acute Care hospital (ICU RN experience considered)
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Exceptional customer service skills, including effective listening
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
