Role Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients by leveraging the nursing process.
Collaborate with various members of the healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to ensure the delivery of top-tier healthcare services.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
Licensure: Florida RN license or equivalent (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if licensed with an applicable RN Compact Licensure).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in ER is essential. Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or emergent care is preferred.
