Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IVIG infusions to stable outpatient patients in the El Paso area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care in a home setting.

You will work independently while supported by a clinical coordination team and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Administer IVIG and specialty infusions per provider orders
Perform pre-, during-, and post-infusion patient assessments
Monitor and manage infusion reactions
Start and manage IV access (peripheral, PICC, ports)
Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and medications
Complete accurate clinical documentation
Communicate with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure safe care delivery

Qualifications

Required

Active RN license in Texas or Compact State
1+ year recent IV infusion or acute care nursing experience
Strong IV and vascular access skills
Current BLS certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred

IVIG or home infusion experience
CRNI® or infusion-related certification

Compensation & Benefits

$40–$45/hour based on experience
Mileage reimbursement for patient travel
Flexible part-time scheduling
