Position: Registered Nurse Emergency Room, Denton, TX Nights/Weekend Differentials: $3.75 nights - $4.30 Weekends

Shifts Available: Evening Shifts, Night Shift (7p-7a)

Responsibilities:

👩‍⚕️ As an ER RN, you will ensure the promotion of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and healthcare providers.
📚 Acquire specialized knowledge, skills, and education to provide specialized care.
🤝 Demonstrate competence in nursing practice, consistent with facility policies and standards.
👥 Supervise other staff as designated within the department.

Qualifications:

📜 Licensed RN by the State of Texas or compact state.
🎓 BSN required. Tuition-free ADN to BSN program available with CNO approval.
👩‍⚕️ 1 year of emergency room acute care experience required.
🩺 BLS required, specialty certification encouraged.

Additional Details:

🌟 Background in emergency medicine preferred.
🚑 Level II or I trauma experience preferred.
🚨 No TNCC certification is a disqualifier.
🏥 Will consider candidates with heavy ICU backgrounds if necessary.
