💰 Pay: $38.50 - $55.60/hour (based on experience)

Are you an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Leader passionate about patient-centered, trauma-informed care? We’re seeking a Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee a growing inpatient psychiatric unit in a high-acuity setting.

If you have a strong background in inpatient psych & Baker Act patients, thrive in fast-paced acute care, and can balance empathy with accountability, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and mentor a behavioral health team in an inpatient setting
✔ Oversee trauma-informed care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
✔ Ensure operational efficiency while upholding high-quality patient care standards
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support mental health patients

What You Need:

✅ Registered Nurse (RN) license (Active or Eligible)
✅ 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience (acute care required)
✅ 2+ years of leadership experience in Behavioral Health
✅ Experience with Baker Act patients & inpatient psychiatric settings
✅ Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire
✅ Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) – within 30 days of hire
✅ Fingerprint clearance required
