Job Summary:

As the Director of Surgical Services, you'll oversee perioperative operations with 24/7 responsibility for your departments. Lead the team in delivering safe patient care and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

👩‍⚕️ Identify and implement solutions for real/potential problems affecting the service.
🤝 Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
📈 Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and oversee quality improvement programs.
💼 Manage departmental fiscal resources and prioritize capital equipment requests.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
💼 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare preferred.
📋 Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Florida.
🔍 CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
