🔍 Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Establish and oversee quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals.
🧑‍⚕️ Supervise the dissemination of drug information, in-service education, consultations, and direct assistance to staff pharmacists.
📊 Direct pharmacy personnel activities and provide professional and technical guidance.
💡 Lead new program development, implementation, and evaluation.
🤝 Promote teamwork among staff, peers, physicians, and others.

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 B.S. or Pharm D from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
🕒 Minimum of five (5) years of hospital leadership experience in an acute care setting or PGY2 leadership residency.
⚖️ Proficiency in legal responsibilities, state and federal regulations governing pharmacy services.
💊 Knowledge of pathophysiology, diagnostic criteria, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapeutics.
🆔 Current Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
📋 Consultant Pharmacist license required for Florida applicants.
🔑 Controlled Substance License, if applicable.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

💵 Salary: $68.46/hr - $83.86/hr, max $87.00/hr.
