Job Opportunity: LVN / LPN - Home Health Travel Nurse

Pay Rate: $35-40 per hour
Location: Nashville, TN 37217
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday, 5x8-hour shifts per week
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Details:

Requirements:

License: TN LPN/LVN or compact license in good standing
Certification: BLS certification
Experience: 1 year of LPN/LVN homecare experience with wound care expertise
Additional Skills: Proficiency in HCHB charting required

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to homebound patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Assess patient needs, create care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Perform wound care and other specialized procedures.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.
Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions.
Ensure patient safety and well-being throughout their care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
