Your Mission, Should You Accept: As the Manager of Emergency Services, you're not just at the helm of the ER - you're the lighthouse guiding ships in a storm. Responsibilities include:

Innovating clinical approaches and championing patient safety.
Being the go-to for issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Uplifting care quality, and collaborating to magnify patient outcomes.
Occasionally wearing the hat of a House Supervisor, if your skill set aligns.
Overseeing two independent emergency departments, apart from the main ED.

Are You The Chosen One?

Nursing degree from a reputed institution (BSN would be the cherry on top!).
Active Nevada RN license.
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Ideally, 2-5 years leading in an acute care hospital and some experience in psychiatric nursing.
A knack for leadership and building strong work relationships.
