💵 Salary Range: $31.55 - $45.07/hr. based on experience

Role and Responsibilities:

🛌 Provide direct nursing care for patients in a surgical med-surg setting.
📋 Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
📚 Educate patients and their families on recovery processes.
📉 Use electronic systems to document patient data and monitor progress.
🔄 Participate in the coordination of patient discharge planning.

Qualifications:

🎓 Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
📜 Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a Compact state.
❤️ Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
💼 Requires at least 1 year of med-surg experience in an acute care setting.
