- Salary Range: $34 (1 year of experience) to $54 (20 years of experience)
- Night Shift Differential: $6.50/hr
- Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr

- Full Time Nights: 7P-7A

Position Overview: Join our dynamic Labor and Delivery team, where we assist with over 4,300 deliveries annually. Our 23-bed unit boasts a collaborative team of clinical professionals, including a 24-hour Anesthesiologist, Hospitalist, and Neonatologist. We are dedicated to providing holistic care to our patients and are supported by a robust team of Patient Care Techs and Nursing Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the childbirth process.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas State RN license or compact license.
- BLS and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association.
- BSN is highly preferred. ADN candidates may be considered if enrolled in a BSN program.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based L&D experience.
- Experience in a similar-sized L&D unit is essential.
Note: Our facility assists with approximately 4,300 births annually.
