💼 Requirements:

Experience: 2 years in MS/Tele (travel experience preferred)
License: Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions
Certifications: BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association
EPIC Proficiency: Must be EPIC proficient
Skills: IV Start, Telemetry Interpretation

💰 Compensation:

Bonuses: Charge Nurse - $5.00, On Call - $7.50, Call Back - 1.25%
Holidays: Generous rates - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day

👩‍⚕️ Role Details:

Position: 6E MedSurg Tele Charge RN - 13 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: Nights 7p-7:30a; weekdays, EOW, Float, Holidays within contract
Charge Experience: Required - will work charge on most shifts
Shift Options: 3x12 OR 4x12 (OT billed after 48 on 4x12) - please indicate candidate preference
Ratios: 1:7

📋 Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch patient care with a focus on MedSurg and Tele specialties
Take on charge responsibilities on most shifts, contributing to a positive work environment
Handle IV starts, interpret telemetry readings, and administer medications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records and adhere to EPIC proficiency standards
Act as a resource for patients and families, providing education and support
Contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment
