- Base Salary: Up to $173,000 annually .

Job Summary:

As the NICU Director , you’ll oversee high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations, staffing, and budgeting of a 99-bed NICU unit with a team of 150 FTEs , including 2 Managers .
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, quality outcomes, and efficiency .
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards while staying ahead of industry benchmarks.
- Manage patient flow, admission/discharge planning, and care coordination policies to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to meet the needs of patients and families.
- Lead initiatives to achieve an unparalleled patient experience and advance clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred .
- Current RN license in Texas or an active compact license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- NRP, FHM, or RNC-OB certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of NICU leadership experience required.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
