🏥 RN Medical ICU (MICU) – Wichita, KS
💵 Salary: $27.64 - $40.02/hr + $3.25 night differential, $4.50 weekend differential

Role and Responsibilities:

🕒 Full-time nights (7-10 hour shifts), including rotating weekends.
🏥 Provide critical care for patients with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, and more.
🩺 Utilize strong assessment and clinical skills for multisystem disorders, invasive procedures, and emergency conditions.
🤝 Lead coordinated efforts among healthcare disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

🎓 Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
📜 Active Kansas RN license or multistate RN license.
❤️ Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
🚑 Previous ICU or acute care experience is highly regarded but not mandatory; willing to train dedicated professionals.
