🏥 RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) - Kansas City, MO
💵 Salary: $35.65 - $47.64/hr + Shift Differentials: $4.00/hr for Nights & Weekends
🌟 Join Our Team at The Medical Center: Seeking experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinators for multiple units including Med-Surg, Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology.

Role and Responsibilities:

🌙 Shifts Available: Nights & Weekend options (7p-7a and 7a-7p Rotating Weekends)
🩺 Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions during your designated shift.
🔍 Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality and collaborate with other management team members.
🚀 Support and engage in initiatives to improve patient engagement and service, ensuring efficient patient throughput.
🤝 Lead your team, providing recommendations on staff management including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

🎓 Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
📜 Must have 2+ years of clinical practice in a specific unit and leadership/management experience, preferably in a Level I Trauma center.
❤️ Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
🗂️ Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Missouri or hold an active compact license.
