Overview: Join our team as an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator specializing in charge nursing. We have openings in various units, including Med-Surg, Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology, with day, night, and weekend shifts available.

Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality patient care and coordinates all functions during the shift. Collaborate with the management team, monitor nursing care, and support an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

🩺 Assist with admission and discharge processes.
📋 Participate in assessing the quality of patient care.
👩‍💼 Collaborate with experts and managers for improved outcomes.
🌟 Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
📚 Recommend and implement training and development strategies.
📅 Manage staff scheduling and ensure inventory control.

Qualifications:

🏥 Two (2) years of clinical practice and leadership experience required.
🎓 Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
📜 Current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
🌐 Active BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
🏆 Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
