Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Position in Baltimore, MD

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay Rate: $70.00
Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week:
Charge Nurse Allowance: $3.00
On Call Compensation: $5.00
Call Back: 1%
Holiday Rate: 1.25%
Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Usual Responsibilities:

Providing medical and surgical telemetry care to patients in the Neuroscience unit.
Monitoring and administering medications.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
Operating and monitoring medical equipment.
Documenting patient care and progress.

Requirements:

Neurology experience.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Basic EKG testing (provided by the agency through Prophecy Relias).
COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines (Specific exemptions apply).

Additional Information:

The unit serves as a Med/Surg Telemetry Certified Stroke Center and a Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
