🔹 Role Overview and Responsibilities

A leading healthcare system is seeking a Director of Cardiac Cath Lab to lead a growing, high-acuity cardiovascular program. This position requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency, staff engagement, and program expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee 3 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs, 1 Hybrid OR, & Pediatric Cardiovascular Procedural Space
✔️ Manage staff development & training programs for Cath/EP personnel
✔️ Drive growth in TAVR, vascular, & aortic surgical programs
✔️ Serve as a liaison between physicians, leadership, and staff
✔️ Lead Cath Lab technology upgrades & strategic initiatives
✔️ Ensure operational efficiency & optimal patient care delivery

📋 What You Need to Succeed

✅ Bachelor’s Degree & 2+ Years of Cath Lab Management Experience OR
✅ High School Diploma/GED & 4+ Years of Cath Lab Management Experience
✅ Combination of Post-High School Education & Cath Lab Experience Considered
✅ Registered Nurses (RN): Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
