Role and Responsibilities:

📝 Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

🎓 Nursing degree with substantial RN experience, or equivalent IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
🆔 Valid RN license in West Virginia.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Willingness to travel within the Teays Valley area for patient visits.
💻 Proficiency in healthcare software and EMR systems.
