Location: Savannah, GA
Schedule: Full-Time, Nights (12-hour shifts) with Weekend Rotation

Hourly Pay Range:

Minimum: $28.23/hr
Midpoint: $35.29/hr
Maximum: $42.35/hr

Shift Differentials:

Nights: +$5.00/hr
Weekends: +$10.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview
We are hiring a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join a 26-bed Medical ICU in Savannah, GA. In this high-acuity environment, you will provide critical care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in managing life-threatening conditions. Ideal for nurses with strong clinical skills and a desire to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care to critically ill patients, including ventilator management
Respond to Code Blue situations and initiate emergency protocols
Assist with patient screening, exams, testing, and efficient flow through the unit
Administer medications and monitor cardiac and respiratory status
Maintain accurate documentation, including test results and patient records
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery processes
Answer incoming calls, perform triage, and manage room readiness and supplies

Qualifications

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program
Licensure: Active RN license in Georgia or valid Compact/Multi-State RN license
Certifications:
- BLS from AHA or Red Cross (required)
- ACLS (required within 6 months of hire)
Experience: ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
