Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

About the Role
We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our high-acuity, acute care team. This position provides critical respiratory care for patients of all ages and supports emergency and long-term ventilator management. Key Responsibilities

Perform complex respiratory therapy procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Operate and manage ventilators for acute and chronic respiratory conditions
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver individualized respiratory care plans
Maintain clear and accurate documentation in patient records
Ensure compliance with hospital, safety, and infection control protocols
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment use

Qualifications

1+ year of recent experience as an RRT in an acute care setting
Associate Degree from an AMA-accredited respiratory care program
Active Florida RRT license (must be obtained prior to application)
BLS certification required
