RN Nurse Manager Med Surg – Atlantis, FL
Compensation: $38.52 - $53.70 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Atlantis, FL
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Days, No Weekends)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Nurse Manager for our Med Surg unit in Atlantis, FL. This leadership role involves coordinating nursing services, managing personnel, and ensuring high-quality care is provided to our patients. As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, and fostering a supportive learning environment for the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide leadership and supervision of nursing staff, creating a climate conducive to learning and professional development.
- Coordinate nursing services and ensure accountability for care provided 24/7.
Staffing & Scheduling:
- Manage staffing and scheduling, utilizing personnel appropriately to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and collaborate with Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to assist with leadership duties and unit operations.

Qualifications:

Licensing:
- Current Florida Registered Nurse License or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements).
Certifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
Experience:
- At least 2 years of Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager experience in an acute care setting.

Position Details:

Unit: 32-36 beds with CNCs to assist with leadership duties.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Days (No weekends required).
