🏥 Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool

💵 Salary: $62,400 per year - $115,440 per year.
🌟 Join Our Team: We are seeking dedicated RNs for our float pool, providing care across a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, and Critical Care.

Role and Responsibilities:

🌙 Shifts Available: Full-time Nights, 7p to 7a, with rotating weekends.
🏥 Support multiple units, with the opportunity to move to Progressive and Critical Care after nine months.
💉 Utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
🚑 Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; enrollment in BSN or advanced degree program required within 6 months if not already obtained.
📜 Current RN licensure by North Carolina Board of Nursing or by a Compact State.
🛡️ BLS Healthcare Provider required.
💼 Two years of experience in an Acute Care environment preferred; candidates with one year of solid experience will also be considered.

Compensation - min: $30.00 - max $44.50
Sign on/relo: Case by case
Differentials: 2nd Shift: $4/hr., 3rd Shift: $6/hr., Weekend: $3.50/hr. Stackable
This position is eligible for an extra $5/hr. float pool premium once off orientation (8-12 weeks).
