Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: 35.65− 47.64/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $4.00/hour for Nights & Weekends
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

We are hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for various units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg (Ortho/Trauma), NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This full-time, night shift position requires rotating weekends and offers the opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will:

Oversee unit operations during your shift, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently.
Collaborate with the management team to evaluate and improve the quality of care.
Lead and foster teamwork to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Assist with staff scheduling, labor management, and inventory control.
Provide recommendations for staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of acute care clinical and leadership experience.
Education: Registered Nurse Diploma (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Active RN license in the state or compact license.
Certifications:
- BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
