Hourly Pay: $39.04 – $58.56 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Overview:

A respected medical facility in Kingwood is hiring an experienced and highly motivated Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations during evening shifts. This is a key leadership role ideal for a skilled RN with a strong background in emergency care and team management. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to improving patient care and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all functions of the Emergency Department during evening shifts
Provide leadership and support to nursing and clinical staff
Promote and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
Assist in managing staffing, policy compliance, and operational efficiency
Serve as a mentor for staff development, education, and performance
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership experience in an acute care Emergency Department
Active RN license in Texas (or compact license with Texas licensure required within 90 days of hire)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
TNCC and PALS certifications required
