📋 Requirements:

Experience: 1️⃣8️⃣ months required; 2️⃣ years preferred
Certifications: 🎓 NBSTSA and/or NCCT required
BLS Certification: ✅ Required
On-Call: Manager will discuss during interview 📞
Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs 🔄
Block Schedule: Not guaranteed; based on unit needs 🗓️
Locals: Accepted within the same rate ✅
License: Pending License not accepted 🚫
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission 🗂️
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12's – 40 hours for 8/10's 🕒

📑 Compliance Requirements:

Lead Time: 3 weeks/21 calendar days+ minimum lead time from Booking to Start for Credentialing/Compliance 📅

Returning Candidates: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date ⏳
References: 2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit required 📞
License Hits: Facility does not accept any license hits 🚫
Testing: EKG and Safemedicate Test required during orientation (2 attempts max, no remediation for a re-test) 🩺
